Annealed wire
ANNEALED WIRE

Annealed Wire is a low carbon Steel Wire. Annealing is a stress relieving (Softening) process, where the wire undergoes heat treatment inside the furnace at specific temperature before cooling it at a prescribed rate in order to achieve the desired result. This process is done to achieve the increase of Wire Ductility & to decrease the hardness of wire by increasing its Elongation & to achieve uniform grain structure.

BIC produces wide range of annealed wires, with diameter range from 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm adhering to international standards like ASTM/BE/En/JIS.
